These terms describe the basic conditions for using PromptSpark.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation.
The service
PromptSpark.ai helps teams monitor brand visibility in AI answers and review related content, traffic, and search performance. Features and external data sources can change. A separate written agreement with us takes priority where its terms conflict with these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate account details, protect your login credentials, and give access only to authorised people. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the permissions you give to your team. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, or upload malicious material. Do not use the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Only submit content and connect external accounts that you are authorised to use. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded content.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you request. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for that processing.
External services, including Google and AI providers, have their own terms and availability limits. Google connections use the permissions you approve. You can disconnect them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information and removal requests.
Reports and AI results
Reports reflect the data available at the time they are produced. AI responses and third-party data can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Check important results before you publish them or make decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or any other business outcome. The service does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Fees and service changes
Prices, usage limits, payment dates, renewals, and cancellation terms are those agreed in your plan, order, or written agreement. We will not treat these general terms as approval for new charges. Contact us if you have a billing question.
We may maintain, update, or change the service. Interruptions can occur because of maintenance, security incidents, or external providers. Any specific availability commitment must be set out in your written agreement.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and request account closure. Any remaining payment or cancellation duties are governed by your agreed plan or contract. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security risks, unpaid fees, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Request any needed exports before account closure. Information is handled as described in the Privacy policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for your use of the service and the decisions you make from its outputs. We remain responsible for our duties under applicable law and any written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
